COLLECTION FROM STUDIO

You are very welcome to collect your order from my studio at Gallery 45 in Felton. Just select “Pickup” at the checkout, then get in touch via phone/email and we can sort out a convenient time. If you order a print and you’d like it framed (while you wait) that’s no problem. I have a range of frame sizes and styles which can be purchased when you visit.

SHIPPING - UK ONLY

UK PACKING & POSTAGE (to a single destination) - £3.50

Your item will be carefully packaged using a range of sustainable, re-used and recycled materials. I aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. On the very rare occasion I am out of stock I will need to place an order with my printer, and this might take up to 7 working days. I will always let you know if this is the case. Please feel free to contact me if you are in a particular hurry and I will see what I can do.

You will receive a confirmation email once I have received your order, and another email once it has been dispatched.

Anything that can go as a large letter I will send Royal Mail first class, so you should receive your item the next working day following dispatch.

For larger parcels I use Royal Mail second class, so you should receive your item 2-3 days following dispatch.

RETURNS

If your order arrives faulty or damaged I will offer a full refund/exchange once the unopened item is returned and I will refund the cost of posting the faulty item back to me.

If you change your mind that's fine, please just send it back. Unfortunately I can't cover postage in this instance.
