Another of my favourite walks, along Buston Links and up over the giant dune at Church Hill. This is by far my favourite view of Alnmouth. I love the tiny streams of water shifting endlessly around the estuary, and the boats dotted everywhere. I added some poppies in the dunes to echo the red-tiled roofs which always seem to complement the cornflower blue sky. Then I added the lapwings to create some movement in the sky, and because I really enjoy drawing them!

Printed on Epson archival paper, this fine art giclee print is signed and titled on the front, mounted in pale cream and includes a certificate of authenticity.
